NCDOT is making excellent progress on the Great Trails State Plan. Their consulting team is working on the first draft of the plan, and are in the last stages of finalizing the draft trail network.
To finalize the draft network, they would like to get additional feedback from the public in response to the draft maps. Use the Public Input page to view the plans overview presentation, pdf copies of draft maps, a web-based map of the network, and to provide specific comments to each of the Division maps.

The deadline for public comment on the draft maps is Friday, December 4th, 2020.
