Bessemer City, N.C.- Please be advised that the nature trail at Stinger Park is closed until further notice. Heavy rainfall on Tuesday, January 9, 2024, caused Gibson Branch Creek, which runs parallel to the nature trail, to underwash a portion of the path, causing damages.
The City is working to address this situation and will communicate updates to the public as they become available.
