Weather Alert– Please be advised that a portion of the Crowders Mountain Road between Gaston Avenue and Cleveland Avenue is closed due to a fallen tree and down powerlines. Traffic is being routed around W. Ormand Ave., South 13th St., and W. Gaston Ave. City Crews and Duke Energy are on site at this time. Approximately 90 residential customers in this area are without power. Please avoid this area as crews work to restore service.
