Water Service Interruption on East Georgia Avenue
Bessemer City crews are responding to a water main break at 503 E. Georgia Avenue. As a result, water service has been temporarily turned off for customers in the 500 and 600 blocks of E. Georgia Avenue.
Approximately 20 customers are affected.
Repairs are underway, and service is expected to be restored within about two hours, barring any unforeseen issues.
