An offer to purchase property located at 112 West Virginia Avenue, Bessemer City, NC 28016 (Tax Parcel ID: 120802) for $295,100 has been submitted for the purchase of certain property owned by the City of Bessemer City.
The highest bid received by February 23, 2025 will be readvertised for upset bid in the Gaston Gazette (after 02-23-2025).
According to NCGS 160A-269, a qualifying higher bid is one that raises the existing offer to an amount not less than $309,905 includes a deposit in the amount of 5% of the bid.
The first floor of the property shall be restricted by zoning amendment or deed restriction to only the following uses as they are described by the Bessemer City Land Development Code (LDC): Restaurants and eateries, Retail, Micro-brewery/micro distillery
