Waste Pro Collection Update – Tuesday, February 3, 2026
Please be advised that Waste Pro has made the difficult decision to suspend all collection routes today, Tuesday, February 3, 2026, due to persistent icy road conditions.
While Waste Pro intended to operate routes today, road conditions were closely monitored throughout the morning, and the start time was delayed in hopes that rising temperatures would melt the ice.
Unfortunately, conditions did not improve enough to allow heavy collection vehicles to safely navigate neighborhood streets and inclines.
Routes missed today will be prioritized for collection tomorrow, Wednesday, February 4. We apologize for this unavoidable disruption.
Customer Instructions:
Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday customers should place carts at the curb by 7:00 AM on Wednesday.
Please leave carts at the curb until collection is completed, as crews may be working later than usual to clear the backlog.
Collection will only occur on roads deemed safe for heavy equipment; if a street remains icy, service may be further delayed.
Thank you for your patience and understanding as Waste Pro works to ensure the safety of both crews and residents.
