100 Block of North 14th Street
100 Block of North 8th Steet
Closed to Traffic at 11:00 AM
Parking Areas cleared by 11:00 AM
Roads to be reopened at approximately 9:00 PM
*Vehicles may be towed prior to the event if not moved.
