Chair Yoga is offered every Tuesday from 4:00 pm to 4:45 pm at Kiser Senior Center. Class is instructed by Kathie Anthony and cost $1 per person. This is a slow paced class that uses chairs for stability. Participants are welcome to bring their own mat. For more information please call (704) 729-6465.
